甲骨文从2019年9月开始提供免费的云服务，的确是业界良心，可能是看到了很多人申请了资源又不用，于是开始了回收模式，具体公告如下

Reclamation of Idle Compute Instances
Idle Always Free compute instances may be reclaimed by Oracle. Oracle will deem virtual machine and bare metal compute instances as idle if, during a 7-day period, the following are true:
- CPU utilization for the 95th percentile is less than 20%
- Network utilization is less than 20%
- Memory utilization is less than 20% (applies to A1 shapes only)
我们就字面理解下，首先是may be reclaimed，也就是可能会被回收，所以也不是一定。其次，“the following are true”, 也就是说，同时满足那三个条件。
就字面意思来看，大家不用担心，即使完全吃灰，也不一定会被收回。
但是以防万一，我们还是做些准备，我的建议如下
CPU utilization for the 95th percentile is less than 20%
用lookbusy, 自行编译后，用计划任务每小时执行下方任务
timeout 1800 lookbusy -c 40-70 -n 4 --cpu-mode curveNetwork utilization is less than 20%
用wget，定时下载，然后删除
Memory utilization is less than 20% (applies to A1 shapes only)
也用lockbusy，计划任务每小时执行
timeout 1800 lookbusy -m 128MB -M 1000 # 每 1000 毫秒，循环释放并分配 128MB 内存好了，上面只是一些思路，具体参数大家可以按照自己的需求设定
